The hotel offered clean rooms and a comfortable bed. the location was convenient with a great cafe/restaurant nearby and a Big C extra supermarket just around the corner. the hotel had plenty of TV channels in different languages for entertainment.

The hotel had an unpleasant check-in process, with confused staff and unclear payment procedures. the room was dirty and infested with different types of insects including mosquitoes, ants, and spiders.

Lovely rooms, comfortable bed, many channels, good value, basic and clean, air conditioning.

During our Christmas stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the affordability of this hotel. It enabled us to indulge in some good eats at the nearby restaurants and shop beautifully at the nearby supermarket. The rooms were simply lovely, spacious and very comfortable. The 24-hour check-out policy was also a great advantage.

We found the reception to be rather disorganised and understaffed. We had to call the number for assistance, and it took a while for anyone to attend to us.

For a one night stay, this hotel was perfect. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and there were plenty of TV channels to choose from which is great when winding down before sleep. The location was also ideal, with a cafe and a well-stocked supermarket just a short walk away.
